Well, I went to the Rapid City Journal print shop today and got the first copy of my Brochure in completion hot off the presses. You would not believe the chaos that I went through waiting for them to finish! My coworker Ol'enka and I had to stand around for about an hour, 'cuz one of their templates got ruined! When they made a new one, they left off some important information on the cover and I didn't notice until after I had gotten back to RE/MAX!!! ::SCREAMS:: Fortunately, my boss didn't take my head off like I was expecting. But I'm sure she'll ride my tail next time to ensure that nothing will go wrong again.
I can't wait until Saturday though. The material shipment arrives and I can really get down and busy finishing up the costumes. But, after the migraine I had today, I'm gonna' have to make sure and go slow. Oh, minnasan, remember a long time ago when I was mentioning searching for that anime "Betterman?" Has anyone gotten a hold of a copy or heard anything more about it? I really want to see it before I buy it, or in least get a good idea of what it's about before buying it. If you know, please e-mail me, hai?
LotR news for today, I'm gonna' go home and watch TTT preview again JUST so I can get my slight Faramir fix. ::swoons:: Oh kamisama, I am SO in love with that character, it's not even funny... I know alot of on-line LotR fans aren't happy 'cuz Faramir doesn't have the black hair and gray eyes stereotypical of the men of Gondor. But it's Dave Wenham!! This man is the most delicious strawberry blonde, blue eyed SOB from the great continent of Australia that I have ever seen! Those lips on that man!! Oh man, talk about begging to be kissed... pefereably by Boromir... ::snickers:: I'm also gonna' talk to the local dance director in my town. I really want to do a small recital piece to either "Concerning Hobbits" or to Enya's "May it Be..." Yah, I am totally obsessed... ::clutches her One Ring tightly to her chest::

Hokay, I've got about ten minutes before I'm discovered doing this on my office computer. Thank kamisama that I'm in the back room. If I make a lot of noise when I'm typing, they think I'm working harder! ::LAUGHS:: Okay, no seriously, if they catch me I'm sure my boss will have my head, or anything else that they could possibly take off me!
Well, I'm getting ready to raid the upcoming material sale at Wal-Mart! This week they're having a whole truckload of $1 a yard material! ::grins:: I mean, I seriously wait for days like this! I'm hoping that I'll be able to hurry and get the rest of my materials for the other three costumes! Well, my oniisan has convinced me that I must go as Rikku. I wasn't really planning too, but now that both my parents, my oniisan, and I'm pretty sure that Sissy will be with them soon, I guess Rikku it is! I can't believe it though, it's gonna' cost me about $40 for the wig! That's okay though, I'll probably use it for something else later. I still want green contacts, even better if they have Al Bhed swirls in them, but hey, anything will do!
LotR news for today... Watched the DVD last night... YES, IT WAS EVEN BETTER THE THIRD TIME!!! FRODO!!! ARAGORN!!! HEH, AND OF COURSE THE TTT PREVIEW!! AHHHHHH, FARAMIR!!! ::exhales:: Okay, I'm fine... Seriously, this was soooo good, I could have cried! Especially the TTT behind the scenes on disk two. ::swoon:: Oh kamisama, showing both Karl Urban and Dave Wenham! ::SQUEALS:: Did you see the part where Frodo and Sam are with Faramir? Yum the 10th degree! FaramirXFrodo has got to be another of my favorites, third in the list actually!

Yes!! I got off work early today 'cuz my boss said it was okay! ::grins:: Hai, I know, I love my job, but after four consecutive hours of writing in tiny, tiny little lines, I was pretty glad to leave today! I was planning to work on my painting when I got home, but I'm lucky that arms are working! All that crouching over the desk has made my elbows sore! Noo!!! ::weeps over potential cramps in her painting hand:: I can't stand not using my right hand, I am truly a righty, all my art is made from that precious hand!
::chuckles:: Visited Alysasan's blog today and she had the cutest quizzes on it! For anyone who doesn't know me really well, I am a complete Jim Henson fanatic. My biggest dream is to design clothes for the Muppets. Hey, they can't talk back! Well, they can with help, but generally not! Well, Alysasan had this great quiz to find out what Muppet you were! So, here's my quiz results!
Isn't that just a riot?! I love it!! Incidentally, I adore the Swedish Chef, he was my second favorite character on the Muppet show. My first was a tie between the Great Gonzo and Miss Piggy... Kermie come in a very close third!
Now for the big news... ::takes a deep breath:: LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RINGS IS FINALLY OUT ON DVD TOMORROW, LET ELBERETH BE PRAISED!! ::gasps for air:: Oi, I'm okay... Heh, no seriously, I am way too psyched about this! My parents and I have cleared our schedules completely so that we can watch it tomorrow night! We're even getting TV dinners so we don't have to wait too long to put in on the player! Oooh, I can't wait to get my hands on a copy! ::swoons with her best friend Yukichan over TTT preview:: Mmmm, Frodo, Aragorn, Eomer and Faramir!! I can't wait!! Gah, the suspense will be killing me tomorrow! Oi, in least I got paid, ne?
