Ah, it's a nice cool morning this morning... Now, if I wasn't trying to snort myself silly because of my allergies, I'd be a HELL of a lot better! ::grumbles:: But I'm not going to let it get to me today! I actually got my work complimented on this morning, no changes needed to be made! That's the FIRST time that's happened to me since I've started to work there! Who knows, maybe things are getting better for me, ne? I'm actually starting to enjoy my job!

Oooh, I saw the BEST movie this morning on TV! I wish I could have seen the whole thing! It was called "Alegria" and it featured the performers of the Cirque du Soleil! Oh my gosh!!! I haven't been that swept away by a movie in a long time!!! It featured Frank Langella and even a cameo by Whoopie Goldberg, but if you don't pay attention to the clowns, you won't see her. Ooh, and do give you an idea of the rating scale for movies, my friend Nick and I came up with this scale, mind you this is based on our opinions. This goes from worst there is to best there is.

I give Alegria the Sam Raimi's Army of Darkness Good!!! There are very few films I ever award that too, the first two being Labyrinth and of course, Lord of the Rings. But I am seriously going to watch this one again and maybe even get the soundtrack, the music is to die for!! Find this movie minnasan, it's a must!

LotR news for today, I read the most INCREDIBLE BoromirXFaramir fic last night on the website Sweet Sorcery! Oh my gosh, I am so in love with this piece of fiction. I've still got to e-mail the author, but if anyone knows the Deanna that wrote it, please send her my incredible gratitude for writing something so moving! Then again, I am bias, they are my favorite slash coupling! ::grins:: Oh yah, if anyone knows any sites where I can get some really good shots of Dave Wenham as Faramir, please let me know! I want to do kinda' a montage painting of him at different angles, but the picture supply is so limited!

I am severely killing time at work right now. I thought I'd have more to do, but that's just not the case today. I'd like to say thought things have been slowly getting better at work. I think I'm finally getting the hang of how things work around here. It can still be really intimidating, but that's okay, I can handle that now. I know I'm better than any of the rudeness around the office, so I'm gonna get through it!

Oh, did you all see that I added a new counter above where the archives used to be? They've been moved to the bottom, below my Contact section, they were taking up too much space! Ooh, and I added a Dreambook guestbook! I like adding extras like that, I hope you guys like it!

Well, LotR news for today, I'm in a bit of a writing dry spell! I was doing so well, but since all I do all day is sit and type ads, it's really hard for me to come back and sit here all day and type stories, nyo? But, I've got this new AragornXFrodo thing flipping around in my head and it won't let me be!!! Darn all those AXF fans for getting me hooked! ::LAUGHS:: Nah, just kidding, I love all of them that write these fics! Oooh, and I found a site with tons more screenshots of the TTT previews! Oh yum, they had this gorgeous close up of Karl Urban as the brooding Eomer! ::swoons:: Now that is such a delicious Kiwi, that I cannot begin to describe. Heh, not quite as yum as my Faramirkun, but then again, I am completely bias to that man!!! Heh, now if I can just get that BoromirXFaramir thing off the ground, I will be a happy camper!!!

Today seriously could have been better. I feel pretty lousy right now. I mean, I've got a cold and everything, but also I was kinda' a wench to my mum today after I didn't have a very good day at work. I hate being like that around anyone, especially my parents. Sissy and I went to a rave last year, it was so much fun because not everyone there was jacked on E... Okay, there was this one girl... LotR news for today, I'm getting ready to sketch out my Faramir painting! Kee, I've got such a yummy shot of him holding his bow that I could not resist! I kinda' wanted to find that picture when he's all mussed up while taking care of Sam and Frodo... Heh, now there's a bit of Hobbit love ready to occur! Though I still stand firmly behind Faramir secretly lusting and angsting over Boromir. But I totally dig him with Frodo, thought not half as much as Frodo with Aragorn! I just read this beautiful AragornXFrodo fic at the Library of Moria, but I don't remember who wrote it! It was on the August 11th update, if anyone knows who wrote it, could they let me know? I wanna' give much praises! Oh yah, and the person who wrote the EomerXFaramir fic "Bliss" on the site too! YOU RULE!!! Seriously, that had to be one of the most beautiful pieces of fiction, slash or otherwise that I have ever read!

You know what the worst part of having my job is? The fact that I love my job and... MY BOSS IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER EVIL WOMAN!! I mean, I kid you not! I was so proud of my new brochure that I thought hell, I've done a great job? But guess what? Her mother, I'm serious about this, got upset because the printers screwed up the template and when I listened to her rant, I just smiled, trying to get through it. You know what she did then? THE WOMAN HAD THE NERVE TO SLAP ME IN THE ARM!! I mean, that's grounds for doing something drastic! She does it again, and I swear, it'll be the last time she does it. I don't annoy easily, but I'm also a person who doesn't like to get touched a whole bunch, and you NEVER slap, poke, or tweek me in any way...

Whew, now that I've got that worn out my system, I just finished sitting with the fam and taping our vacation video from the Animal Kingdom in Disney World. Isn't it funny how long it takes you to get film and pictures and stuff put together? I mean, at the end of the month will be the year anniversary since we were in Florida and it's taken this long to get all the video put together? ::laughs:: We are a very sad case.

LotR news for today, I haven't gotten the chance to watch the TTT preview again. ::sniffles:: Hai, I know, I'm hopeless. But I did download my Frodo screensaver onto my office computer. I don't know if we're allowed to do that or not, but who cares?! Besides, it entertained my coworker Janet for a long time, watching the "pretty boy" across the screen. I like Janet, she's kewl.
