Just got back from Rapid City... I am really tired. I was really grateful that they had an available wheelchair at the Super Wal-Mart we stopped out, 'cuz there was no way in hell I was going to make it through that whole store!... I had a bit of a relapse today with my knee and unfortunately, it made it almost impossible for me to walk more than fifty feet without having to stop. But on the plus side, I got ALL my hair hacked off, so I'm back to my ultra short pixie cut and it's actually a light shade of brunette now. Of course, new hair cut, boring hair color, have to kick it up a notch. Maybe I'll streak it gold or silver this time instead of white, ne? Gotta' make it more interesting somehow!

Halloween is closing in on us, isn't it? I got to visit on of those kewl Halloween stores at the mall today and they had slip on boots, the kind that Riku wears in his Dark form!... Only problem was, they were very much the wrong color. Oi, I don't think Dark Riku would be seen in hot pink, leopard print boots, ne? But mum and I agreed that we'll keep our eyes open, she's looking forward to seeing this costume being done too. Aren't my 'rents just the best for the support they give me? I hope that I can soon find a job, where I can pay them back for everything they've done for me, as well as be able to start pursuing my costumes more thoroughly, I can't wait to start on the next year Con's stuff! Kee!

LotR news for today, no new Art Box cards, but I did get a glimpes of a kewl double sided hanging poster of the Fellowship of the Ring hanging in of all places, the local arcade. I'm tempted to go and see how much they want for it, I'd hang it off my ceiling so I could happily stare at it from all directions! ::laughs:: Hai, I'm pathetic, I know. My cheap LotR ring is totally tarnished, looks like I'm gonna' have to go and buy a new bookmark with the Ring hanging off it to replace it. As for my actual numbered One Ring, it's still in mint condition and hanging quite happily around my neck. ::chuckles:: Aye, I only take it off when I bathe and when I sleep. I don't have to worry about anyone stealing it... I don't think...

RANDOM LOTR THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You Know You Watch Too Much LotR When: You stop dead in your tracts the moment any preview from TTT comes on any TV, even it's in the middle of a busy sidewalk...

MY TOOTH IS KILLING ME!!! Oi, talk about an intro to my daily post, ne? No, I'm serious, I had a section of my tooth fall out about a week ago, and have no money to have it fixed. I made the mistake of eating a chip, and a piece got jammed right up in there where my open nerve endings are. OUCH!!!! It hurt so bad, I couldn't even curse. But in least it's going down to a dull pain now, and I'm pretty sure by tomorrow morning, it'll probably be virtually gone. Normally tooth pain doesn't bother me, I have my teeth drilled without novocaine, so it's a pretty nasty hurt this time around. But, in least it'll be numb and I'll prolly forget it in the a.m., yay!

Just finished working on a lovely picture called "The Dark One." He doesn't have a story, but he's pretty damn kewl to look at!... He's a mixture of bondage, tattooing and cyber Gothic. I really dig him, I think I'm gonna' make him Miracle Shining's Demonicon Daemon's Prince. After all, Miracle's Demonicon has to report to someone, since she has to report to the head of the Angelicon order! Aye, I just took my pen name from a character I created, she and I look nothing alike with the exception of having short hair, but mine isn't green!... ::laughs:: Oh yah, and I would never have a Demonicon around myself, so we're mega different in that aspect too!

Wow, it's nice to know that I can be SUPER EVIL now! I actually dig Saruman alot as a villain. The fact that you've got Christopher Lee portraying him though is a big plus! I've always loved his acting, even when he was in this old bad Dracula movies! Other LotR news, I finally got my portrait of Viggo as Aragorn in pencil hung up in my room and my painting of Karl as Eomer hanging up. Took some planning, but I got the Eomer painting right between both my LotR posters. I love my one I have of just Frodo holding the Ring, it looks really dark and since my Eomer painting is virtually done completely in black, you can see the coinciding "doom" of it!... Oh Kamisama, I sound like an artist! I think I'm going to Rapid City tomorrow, if I do, maybe I'll be able to get something LotR unusual. Or find a TTT poster... I hope...

It's been an exciting day of doing laundry, let me tell you... ::sighs:: That's okay though, 'cuz I've got some pretty helpful job information and two really nice potential jobs I hope. Why does having to find employment have to be so darn hard some times, ne? But I'm actually grateful for the struggle, it keeps me on my toes and reminds me that I should always present myself as the best as I can be!

Kingdom Hearts obsession is getting as bad as LotR obsession, seriously. I've been playing around with Star Wars again, and out of boredom, I took the Episode One box and was looking at it. I'm thinking about getting a new Blog or Deadjournal to post the new Worthing book on until I get around to moving the Secret Garden to a new website. Hai, I'm researching buying some server space, and when I do that, Worthing will be split into it's own page. I know that most people just visit the Garden to read the Worthing Saga any ways! ::chuckles:: Anyhoo, it'll be a while until I move all the files, so I think I'll find a Blog or Deadjournal that allows for comment leaving until that time!

Okies, cosplay news update. I'm gonna' go and visit my local surf shop and check out their all black surf bodysuits. I was thinking about how much this was gonna' cost me to make this bodysuit from scratch and I'm a stickler about things fitting almost flush to my skin. So I figure it might be easier to buy a bodysuit and make slight alterations then make the whole thing from scratch and not even know how it fits until after the fact. But if it's considered cheating, I DON'T CARE!! I'll still pick out the materials and hand sew on all the details, the hardest being the belts for Dark Riku's outfit and of course, his evil Keyblade, which I'm looking way forward to designing!

The good news is minnasan that my knee is still in tact and working... The bad news is, I've got something called Aggravated Severe Tendonitis. In a nutshell, it's the reason that my knee always feels like it's on fire. The doc prescribed Cortisone based steriod anti-inflammatories for me. The good news is that they do take the pain away to a very good extent, the bad news... OI, THEY MAKE YOU SO TIRED!! I kid you not, I took one small one and passed out for an hour and a half this evening and just got up about fifteen minutes ago. The other downer is that I'm supposed to stay off my knee period for 2-3 days. That means no dancing... ::grumbles:: BUT, in least I've still got my knee, ne?

Well, minnasan, I'm DEFINATELY going to go and see the doctor tomorrow. My knees are not getting any better and a nasty discolored bruise formed on my left one earlier today. I was almost in tears and as much pain as I'm in on a normal basis, that really does say a lot in my case... Oi, I'll be so glad, maybe they'll finally give me another cortisone shot! Anything to take away the sting!
