Minnasan, this is my last post for about a week, I'm afraid. ::chuckles:: But hopefully that will be the extent of the length of it. I'm a thoroughly exhausted, but thanks to my mum and my pop, things are looking up. We finished cleaning the bedroom and set the curtains and then it took us almost four and a half hours to clean the kitchen up completely and put the groceries in place. It's so hard, but I think it will be worth it. So, gomen ne minnasan, but please don't e-mail until next Friday at the earliest, I should be back on-line by then!

Oh, good news, my pumpkin tied for Honorable Mention for the Pumpking carving contest at Cosplay Lab and now I got the free upgrade! ::celebrates:: Hai, I know I'm easy to please, but who would have thought my Cho Hakkai pumpkin would have even placed?! Yay!

LotR news for today, all I want is another set of collector's cards and I am having a heck of a time finding them any where again! It's like there at one store, and then BOOM, they're completely gone again! I know LotR isn't as huge around my state as others, Star Wars owns that right, but these cards disappear so fast, you wouldn't know it! Oi, and I definately have to get all the Faramir cards and such when the TTT editions are released. I'll finally have some decent shots of Dave Wenham to work into new drawings and paintings! ::chuckles:: I'm at a bit of an LotR artistic stand still right now!

HAPPY ALL HALLOW'S EVE, MINNASAN!! Hope everyone is going to get lots of candy and good things tonight, since I myself will not be having that pleasure. I've just gotten back from the dentist and I'd like to state that I will never have a wisdom tooth extracted via pulling ever again. They had to shoot me with Benzocaine six times, and I still wasn't numb. I was already overly tired and a bit grouchy, so I just told them to pull it out, even though I wasn't completely numb. Between the tearing of my gums and the cracking of the tooth, I don't know which was worse. So I don't get any hot chocolate tonight, but I think I can eat a bag of Skittles (my fave candy) without too much worry.

Since it's All Hallow's Eve, I figured I would have a bit of a Halloween Blog. ::chuckles:: I went ahead and entered a pumpking carving contest on one of the cosplay websites I belong too. The first 3 winners get a free year's upgrade for their cosplay section. It was anime and non anime carvings. I, of course, had to carve Cho Hakkai into my pumpkin! It's cold... There's snow all over the ground and I'm up to chin in laundry and packing boxes. ::sighs:: It's already off to a grand start, ne? ::chuckles a bit:: Well, I guess we all have to take things with a grain of salt, ne? Oh, minnasan, when you access my Blog, does two password boxes appear asking for your User Name and Password? I tried to bypass it and then I lose my .gif of my kitty on the side and the ad on top. Okay, I really don't care about the add, but I liked the .gif file! I wonder if this is a new Blog thing, I probably have to update it and like pay for something now. ::growls:: I hope this is a passing thing, if not, I'll just move my Blog to an actual website and off this thing!

I'm going to try and work on some Saiyuki fic stuff today between packing and washing clothes for Friday. Domo arigato to LNchan for the wonderful inspiration she has been, it's been fun RPing! Wow, now if that ain't spiffy?! I luv Terry and Andy! I think Fatal Fury was a fun game any ways. Especially when they crossed it over with KoF! Plus, I always have had a thing for guys in caps with no sleeved shirts. Must be my fetish for guys with really muscular arms and big blue eyes! ::grinz:: Hmm, I've never drawn Terry, might have to give it a shot!

LotR news for today, I am broke and there is a new set of collector's cards I'm dying to get my hands on. Those cards are the best if you want to make sketches off them! So in the mean time I've just been scanning the Internet and of course, I still can't find more than three pictures of Faramir! ::grumbles:: I'll be so glad when the movie finally gets here and then there will be more of those pictures available! Of course, I will immediately have to save any of the "Frodo Swooning" sequence and anything involving Faramir talking with Frodo and Faramir having his flashback about Boromir! Especially the latter, now there's fodder for slash!

RANDOM LOTR THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If Sauron could drive, his license would read "I C U!"

I'm just sitting right now. I need to just sit right now. If I don't, I'm going to run around ripping out my hair and cursing in fifteen languages. It has been beyond one of those days today. Packing is going all right even if I've almost run out of boxes, but trying to get the gas, lights, phone and especially the Internet set up and ready to go for my arrival has been a nightmare!!!! I was originally going to go with my parents phone/internet provider FiberCom until they told me it would be $150 alone just to pick up the modem! Oi, there's no way I can do that!! So I called Midcontinent Communciations, and they offered to rent me a cable modem for $10 a month and I'd only pay a total for phone and Internet $56 a month. I think I'm going to call them back and give the thumbs up for that. Also, I managed to get my school loans pushed back until January. This has been a hell of a day today.

Speaking of Saiyuki, has anyone else who's seen the series notice that these guys have like endless Anime Hole Space?... ::laughs:: I mean, I know they pull their weapons out of nowhere, but geez, they also seem to pull cigarettes, liquor, and random cups of tea out of nowhere too. I'm convinced that Hakkai actually hides his in Hakuryuu when he's in Jipu form. ::chuckles:: As for Sanzo, has to keep some of it in those big sleeves, Goku probably has his stuck in his shirt and Gojyo's probably in his pants. Okay, now I already know how that sounded... ::winks at LNchan::

LotR news for today, I got to see the preview for the TTT Playstation 2 game! By Elbereth, they did an incredible rendering job and I normally vie completely away from any games based on a movie, but they actually captured the actors faces in amazing detail on the characters! Plus, they had a quick shot of Faramir swinging his sword in battle, and immediately I wanted the game. Too bad I won't be able to afford it, yet alone any new LotR collector's cards for quite some time. Damn being broke! ::laughs::
