The weekend has finally arrived! Let all the Saints with all their names that I don't know be praised! PRAISES Heh, I'm so glad that I've got Saturday and Sunday off... Oi, I got super sick yesterday from the meds they were giving me to help my pneumonia. Turns out I have a violatile reaction to them, and needless to say, I was sent right back to the doctor again yesterday. They took me off them and are just letting me use my inhaler now. Thank kamisama! I am so sick of being sick it's not even funny! Oi, but in least I'm starting to get better, so that's a small spot of brightness...

Well, I've just begun chapter one of my book and it's SO GOOD!! Hai I know that I sound egocentric about it, but it's really turning out fab! I love writing things with the sea and the opening sequence is Alessander and his crew battling the raging elements trying to get back home! That's all I'm giving for now, anything else would just spoil it more!

LotR stuff for today, the countdown continues! AAAAAGGGGHHHHH!! Why does it have to take so bleeding long? I know that as soon as I get off work at one p.m. on Tuesday I am hauling my butt over to Wal-Mart or K-Mart or wherever the heck I'm closest to at the time and getting myself a copy! Keeee!! Ooh, and I'm working on an acrylic painting of Karl Urban as Eomer. It's gonna' be such a kewl picture, the pre drawing is done. The canvas size is a little odd, and I wasn't sure how to go about doing it, but the Eomer picture worked out perfectly! ::swoons over golden braid Bet you can't tell where some of Alessander's design was inspired by, ne? ::winks:: Oooh, and Lilysan is still working on her totally yummy AragornXFrodo fics and it sounds like she's got a FaramirXFrodo in the works! I love Faramir!!!! ::squeals:: I love in him angst ridden pain over his unrequitted love with Boromir, but that's a whole 'nother story! But still, I think Lilysan mentioned she was going to write a short Aragorn carrying Frodo fic! I can't wait!!

Some times I really wonder about things... Mostly about, WHY THE HELL DO WE PAY PROOFERS AT MY JOB IF THEY DON'T PROOF ANYTHING?!!!!! ::coughs:: Seriously minnasan, I got my proof sheet back from my Brochure I made for next month. It was ONLY supposed to be a check to see if there were any wrong numbers or prices that the proofers missed. Heh, well they sure as hell must have missed alot because I had to REPROOF the whole flippin' brochure! My eyes hurt so dang bad that when my shift ended, I didn't even say I'd stay a bit longer, I just high tailed it out of there. Don't get me wrong, I luv my job, I just don't like our proofers.

Well, it's edging ever closer to September and I'm finally getting to gear to go and start on my Sissy and my oniisan's other costumes. It's gonna' be so kewl! Then, I'm off to doing my costume, which is always fun, but I tend to get REALLY fussy on my stuff, so it'll probably take me most of September just to get it right. Well, if I go as Yuna, there won't be much for me to do, but if I go as Rikku like my mum wants, OI!! I've got quite a project for myself. But that's okay, I luv a challenge! Otherwise I wouldn't have agreed to do Seymour for my brother. Oh, and to my Sissy, thank you so much for being there for me yesterday. ::HUGS HER SISSY TIGHTLY:: It meant the world to me and I'm so glad that you're in my life as well as my brother's. Thank you so much, I love you.

The Prologue of the new book has been written! It's tentatively titled "Timless Eternal" and it's gonna' be a good one if it goes the way my mind is going. I am so excited about this! I've got like the whole first part of the book and two chapters of the ending and the ending already completed composed in my head! Incidentally, that's how I wrote Worthing too, it was all done in my head before I even put it to paper. Ooh, and the prologue has got the best opening, "Once upon a timeless..." My mum thought it was pretty cool. Heh, Sissy's gotten to see my sketches of some of the characters, especially of Alessander and Alex... I AM IN LOVE WITH THESE TWO! I mean, I usually dig my own character, but these two are particularly special to me. =^.~=

LotR news for today, I'm beginning to wonder that the week must be dragging 'cuz I want the DVD's to come out so bad! ::groans:: I swear, I'll be counting the minutes on Tuesday when I can get off from work and buy my copy! Thank Kamisama that I get paid on Monday and will have enough left over after the bills are paid. Yum, and my old work place, BH Video has agreed to give me their REALLY BIG LotR poster! I so happy! ::does happy dance:: Oh, and to Lilysan, thank you for reading my short story. I am so glad you enjoyed it, it means so much to me as I think you're one of the best AragornXFrodo writers! Oh yah, I took another quiz, but didn't get it saved to paste here, but it was another what LotR chara are you? My personality must have changed greatly 'cuz now I'm Aragorn! ::does another happy dance:: Makes sense, I tend to think I'm the Queen! Er, or is that King?

Last day of the weekend, "Independence Day" on the television and my new portrait I just did of Sean Bean sitting on my counter. All and all, I'd say it was pretty successful! 8P

I'm now 95% complete with my oniisan's Seymour costume! Yosha! It's taken me a LONG time to get there, but it's going to be sooo worth it when he competes! There's an onrunning joke that if he doesn't take the best in show, I'm gonna' be kicking so much butt and saying so much that they'll KNOW I'm not speaking in Japanese! ::laughs:: Hai, costuming is literally the only thing I get competitive in.

Ooh, guess what? I'm getting ready to write a new book. No, no, not the Worthing Saga any more! This is actually all original characters, and it just kinda popped into my head the way the Worthing Saga did. Incidentally, I almost never write stories I've spent forever thinking about, the spontaneous ones are the best. I don't know what I'll call it yet, but it's gonna' be kinda Renaiisance era or maybe earlier. It's not gonna' be medieval, but it will have sword play, etc in it. Hai, LotR has influenced me in the sword area, but not too much else. Oh, and it's a vampire story, but in a completely different light! I can't wait to start on it, I just need a chance to sit and write! The main two characters are named Alexandrian aka Alex Kamen and Alessander Kamen. Alex has been adopted by Alessander's "family" when he was a child, but that's all I'm gonna say for now!

Ooh, LotR news for today, the countdown for the DVD release continues! ::almost whines:: I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN WAIT THAT LONG!!!! Oi, it's getting tough just having to sit here and wait for my super yummy Frodo and Aragorn! Oi, and then for the TTT preview! Hello!!!!! I've waited for too long for my Karl Urban and Dave Wenham fixes! ::sniffles:: Heh, I'm so excited about making the Aragorn and Arwen outfits for Yukichan and me! We're gonna' SO rock when we go the premiere in my state! Good thing is, I'll be warm, as for Yukichan, well, she'll love it. She lives to be cold! Hello again to the wonderful Lily Baggins too! I hope you got my e-mail with the story attached. Let me know what you think about it, hai?
