There are certain things in life that annoy me... One being people in general and two... WHEN YOU WORK YOUR BUTT OFF ON A FREAKIN' BROCHURE AND YOUR BOSS TURNS AROUND FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND TELLS YOU SHE HATES EVERYTHING THAT YOU HAVE DONE!!!! ::gasps for breath:: Okay, I think I'm fine now. No seriously, minnasan, my boss pulls this on me this morning and before I can even say anything, she takes off out the door to a closing of a home. I really don't know why I'm here some times, but I do like my job, I just hate this nasty atmosphere I'm in. I envy my coworker, she'll be leaving soon, but I've still got to find a new job. Who knows, maybe something will pop up, ne?

Well, I'm about 65% complete with my Rikku costume! It's went far faster than I thought it was going too! My Sissy's Yaone costume was finished in completion on Wednesday, in least the parts that I have to do. Yay, I'm in least happy about that! I made Rikku's top, her black arm band and her leg pack yesterday. Today I'm going home to make her shorts, the blue strips that hang off her back and on Saturday I'm heading to Rapid City to pick up her wig and get the shoes that I'm using to make the "boots" she wears with. After that, it's just my Oniisan's Sanzo robes and making new Moogle wings for my Sissy and I be done! Wow, this seriously took me almost a whole year to complete this run, but next year will be easier 'cuz I'll have less costumes to make... CHU!

LotR news for today, Lily Baggins posted my little AragornXFrodo light slash piece today on her Livejournal. I just want to thank her, Baranduin and Claudia for the kind words. Like I said before, I don't usually write that coupling, I tend to do better with the BoromirXFaramir stuff. But, I was glad it brought a smile to Lily's face. Ooh, now the big news, I just got my hands on a Lord of the Rings doujinshi from Japan featuring AragornXLegolas (blah, didn't get it for that coupling) and AragornXBoromir! ::grinz:: The art work by that half of the doujinshi artists is so good and I about drooled over seeing the drawing of Aragorn kissing Boromir passionately. Wondering why I picked that too? Well, in my huge BoromirXFaramir thing, the other couplings also include AragornXBoromir and AragornXFaramir. Heh, go me! Anyhoo, I'm so excited, I'll be getting it in a couple weeks, yay!

RANDOM LOTR THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You Know You Watch Too Much LotR When: You're upset when a young man proposes and he's secretly NOT going to become a King...

I am taking a break right now... Because I need it... Oi, you would not believe yesterday! I barely finished putting together a Home Journal two page spread for my real estate company when out of the blue, my boss comes tearing in and states that we have to have a 24 page full color brochure with written ads done by Friday! I ABOUT FAINTED!! So, I worked my rear off and finally this morning I've completed the whole rough draft, pulled all the ads, and am only missing two pictures and about four written ads. This is much better than last time, which I was missing about twelve pictures and sixteen ads. Finally, the people are realizing that it's my job and it's what I do! But I tell you what, I was so exhausted yesterday, I could barely even eat dinner, let alone enjoy my company! ::chuckles:: But then, I had to sit up and chat with my buddy Moon-chan and of course, my friend LNchan, so that kinda' took it to my sleep...

LotR news for today, I've got to get rolling on Lilysan's fic to cheer her. Well, she's in a better mood today, but a promise is a promise and I also LUV reading her stuff, so maybe she'll write something in return! ::GRINZ:: Visited "cl" the other day again. I gotta' get some of my AragornXFrodo work scanned, I wanna' give Hazukisama a gift from me. She's so sweet and her fan art of the LotR characters is the best hands down, no matter what country you're in! Then again, I am really bias to her work, she's such a sweetie, even if her English is a touch broken! Can't wait to start on the LotR cosplay costumes, I'm all giddy about it! Especially now that we've found the perfect spot to replicate Aragorn and Arwen's bridge scene. Mind you, I'm not that fond of the sequence, but we figure it's something that everyone will recognize during the photo shoot.

RANDOM LOTR THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: You Know You Watch Too Much LotR When: You're disappointed when you're sitting in a restaurant and there's no tall, mysterious Man in black gazing at you behind his hood.

Well, I have returned after a hiatus of a couple days!... ::laughs:: So how was everyone's Labor Day weekend?... Mine was a lot of fun, I got to go on a fabulous nature hike with my family and my Sissy and I found the perfect spot for our LotR photo shoot in the Spring!... Keeee!!!... Only problem was, is in excitement, I sprained my ankle. Still hurts like a bugger too, but I'm taking it with a grain of salt to the best of my abilites. Blah, you think me being Aragorn would in least give me some kind of balance, ne?! But NOOOOO...

I bought a new DVD yesterday, "Otaku no Video." Oh my gosh, IT IS SO DAMN FUNNY!! Even my mum sat and watched it with me, and she's not really familiar with all that is anime culture related and she got a kick out of it! The only boring parts were the "interviews" with real human Otaku. They drug out too long, but the animated parts were a riot. It's actually loosely based on the real story of how Gainax of Evangelion fame became the company they are today! I'm so gonna' let my Oniisan and Sissy see this, they're huge Evangelion fans, and some of the jokes are rampant in it!

LotR news for today, the dear and sweet Lily Baggins was having a down day and challenged those who want to take it, Frodo getting injured on the Cadaharas mountains, and Aragorn tending to him, slash or non slash results. Well, all I really write are short AragornXFrodo stories, so I figured it would be fun to do that! Oooh, and on our hike yesterday, my Sissy and I dubbed people to be the Fellowship of the Five, since there was only five of us... ::LAUGHS:: My dad had to be Bill the Pony since he was carrying all the stuff. My Oniisan was dubbed Merry, since he's blonde, my mom Pippin since she's got the best humor, my Sissy was Sam since she's so faithful and I was Frodo, 'cuz I was actually wearing my One Ring and I was the smallest!... ::GRINZ:: Yah, it was silly, but it was so much fun!... Sissy and I had a riot pretending to be Sam and Frodo cutting through the forest with Merry and Pippin trying to get away from killer "Nazgul" chipmunks. Yah, I'm nuts, so what?!
